AIMPLB Must take positive stand on Triple Talaq.

Quran Kareem is very spesific about talaq.
Sura Nisa aayat 34 states that if there is conflict between husband and wife than……
1. Both husband and Wife sit together to resolve differences.
2. If wife is adamant, than she should be punished. Hadees says punishment mean beat her with Muswaque , symbolic punishment.
3. Keep her away from your bed.
4. If not resolved , than call relative and elders from both families and try to resolve differences.
If after doing efforts, differences not resolved than husband should pronounce talaq as per sura Baqra aayat 223 onwards. It’s mentioned in sura Baqra that there are 2 talaq. After pronouncing talaq , wife be kept in house with full honour for 3 months(completion of 3 periods) , if within 3 month both comes together than 1st talaq is null and void and both can live free life together. If after completion of 3 months if they don’t resolve, than 2nd talaq be pronounced and wife should be send to her parental home by giving all things to her. Wife becomes haram for that man and vice versa. After divorce if they want to come together, than in that case wife should get marry with other man and after death of 2nd husband or divorce in natural course, both can come back and remarry. But this concept of remarrying is mis interpreted by our Jahil Ulema. After final talaq both husband and wife will be haraam for each other means so much stages were there to resolve differences and if they don’t come together means it’s over permanently. Remarry with other man is sort of punishment for both for their sin of talaq and no one will send her wife to other person for marriage and will accept her later as wife. Means once 2 talaq are pronounced means it’s permanent over and if want to come back, it will be after punishment for both in form of 2nd marriage. Pronouncement of Triple Talaq is sin. People talk of Hadees of Hazrat umer. During rule of Hazrat Umer one person came tobhazrat Umer and said that he pronounced Triple Talaq to his wife, if talaq is over? Hazrat Umer said that talaq is over and he was given punishment for pronouncing Triple Talaq and was given 100 lashes. It means pronouncement of Triple offence is sin or offence. Than how we can justify instant Triple Talaq ?
AIMPLB must file affidavit in supreme court with reference to Quran and must denounce instant Triple Talaq. This will save our face. Women will get protection from instant Triple Talaq . If AIMPLB remain adamant, than supreme court, with reference to Quran and it’s guidelines may scrape instant Triple Talaq and it will be humiliating defeat for AIMPLB and community may come On road and will disobey and will cause chaos.
Intellectual people like Mustafa Sherwani, Saleem Peerzada Er, Rehmani Tasleem must take initiatives to educate AIMPLB.
PLEASE debate in sensible manner with reference to Quran and Hadees.
